The CNPshareholders assn could stir up problems for CER.It shows the problem of having a majority shareholding by a company embroiled in controversy. I hope it blows over quickly and does not reflect too much on CER. It bears watching by holders of CER. It could cause some volatility in the lead up to the annual meeting of CNP.
