4. up the anti - pump, pump, pump

5. sledge those who advocate caution or point 3

6. time for APG to come up with the goods

7. APG fails to deliver SUPRISE

9. silence - of the stunned mullet variety to those who have jumped on APG, unaware of point 3. HISTORY

10. various expressions of despondancy and disappointment

11. chatter, sledging and speculation

12. time passes

13. start again - go to point 1.

Can we please get back to point 1 quickly - these past few months have been extremely entertaining.

Or if we're still at point 11...
