Submissions for road access have received solid support from a majority of the respondents to D.O.Cs public submission process for the production permits related to road access.

and it you follow that with a read of the D.O.C ecological assessment document (section 5, pgs 18 and 19) prepared about the matter, it does not look like this will be too difficult for the company to comply with. Hence one would think full acces permits from D.O.C should follow soon after the Sept 24 hearing
