and it you follow that with a read of the D.O.C ecological assessment document (section 5, pgs 18 and 19) prepared about the matter, it does not look like this will be too difficult for the company to comply with. Hence one would think full acces permits from D.O.C should follow soon after the Sept 24 hearing
