as a war, it was well planned. Over the previous ten years, america slowly strangled iraq and then knowing they had no weapons to defend themselves , simply attacked them.if i was ever going to fight someone ,it's always better to have your opponents hands tied behind their backs. makes for a easy fight. as for a plan passed that ,they simply had none .having released them from oppression, they next powerful body wanted them out so they could become the next oppressor and fill the vacuum that removing saddam created. America, once again ,was going to tell people how to run their lives without first understanding them. now there is three sides that all hate the other. Civil war to follow, but america is probably just slowing down the enivitable
