Ah - I noted the title of the thread was silly theory thread and instructions were only to put three possibilities. The order of my selections was not selected on which is most likely or most probable and or which is least likely - they are simply three possibilities in no selected order. Its Sunday and i would need to put mny thinking cap on to put in order.

I do not know if sandlion is going to collate responses or anything - you never know he may even give each idea odds like a bookmaker
