while we have so many politicians in power, who are keen property investors, how can we expect them not to make policies in favour of property prices? Remember some politicians are so keen on investing in property that they even do their property inspection and purchase on their business trips funded by tax payers' money. The system is still good enough to kick those self-interested or corrupt politicians out of power. It is just a matter of time. Let's see what will happen in the next election.
