Haven't reloaded fellini. Want to see the next numbers first and then I'll probably buy the top of the spike that all the 25c'ers will dump into.
But seriously speaking. If it is good and pervasive, it could cost as low as $30 per ton to get out and concentrate. Yet the IGV of the first hit is $1000+ per ton. And that doesn't account for all the gold in the hangingwall got out for free, and the gold in the footwall for just peanuts extra. So this whole PM's are out of flavour story and we had to raise urgently doesn't hold water. It wouldn't matter if it was gold, silver or jelly babies at that cost vs value ratio.
When SIR discovered Nova it defied very poor sentiment in the nickel market partly due to high grades. I note at Nova cut-off is 0.5% and ROM is around 3 or 3.5% (by memory). I.e. 7x. This thing in Brazil could easily run +10x (costs vs ROM grade) or if this first hit is representative - then 40x.
