US capitalism will not be brought down by hostile external forces but from within, or so my reading over many years tells me. This is why Trump sends BORTAC, Homeland Security,National Guard troops, FBI, AFT, DEA and other federal agencies into American cities and considers cancelling the election to establish a dictatorship against the American people.
The golden years are over. It's all rustbelt, austerity, mass unemployment, trillions handed out to the rich while benefits are cut to the poor.
No amount of financial engineering, central bank interventions, wars overseas, slashing of jobs, wages and conditions will save the US, no matter who wins the election.
