Majority of MMX board came in after all of these alledged misdeeds I believe and paper trail they saw I am guessing is the trail this trio put in place to cover tracks and potentailly not really what occurred
But apparently its going to get laughed out of court, no sorry sentiment is now that it will drag on for years while Mitsubishi continue to plays father christmas on an asset another company is claiming an interest in.
