I think, as a publicly listed ASX organisation, you have to be extremely gullible to fall prey at the hands of such a scheme if true. Surely you do your due diligence before handing over cash. Reflects very badly on management. Looking at that Masafin site, it actually has a gmail address as primary contact. Please if that's not alarm bells right there. On top of it, who has a 'Blacklist' link naming and shaming organisations? I'd be straight onto these other organisations on the list asking them questions.
The question I have is CDB management really that gullible or was there a plan to pump up the share price for advantage? This investigationis going to be drawn out from here. I can't see CDB trading again very soon.
