Good point Balanced.
We have consumer laws in Aus that protect the buyer from faulty/misleading advertising, faulty product, faulty sales agreements, But the ASX well!! As far as i can see they are the dealer, there liabilities should be the same as the coles ETC , coles can't hide behind the excuse they only sell it or supply it.
It is well past time for a throughout change and investigation
