Dr. Paul Crosio is founder and Managing Partner of Emerald Resources Limited. Dr. Crosio served as Senior Vice President of Administration & Human Resources of Pacnet Ltd. since November 2005. Dr. Crosio served as the Senior Vice President of Administration & Human Resources of Asia Netcom since joining in 2002, prior to the transition of Asia Global Crossing to Asia Netcom. During his one year departure from Asia Netcom, Dr. Crosio served as the Head of Global Human Resources of LG Phillips Displays. Previously, he served as the Head of Human Resources of WorldCom Asia Pacific. Prior to WorldCom, Dr. Crosio served as Vice President of Human Resources Asia Pacific at Citibank Global Consumer Banking. He has held a number of key human resources and management roles in Colgate-Palmolive, Rothmans of Pall Mall and Abbott Laboratories. He has also held senior global roles in LG Philips, WorldCom, Citibank and Colgate Palmolive. He has been the Chairman of Condor Blanco Mines Limited since July 3, 2013. Dr. Crosio served as Director of Pacific Internet Ltd., since October 18, 2007 and Pacnet Internet (S) Pte. Ltd. since October 2007. Dr Crosio had previously been a Director of Khronos Advisory based in Bangkok, Thailand, where he specialised in several cross industry sectors including resources, oil and gas, telecommunications and alternate energy. He is an admitted Barrister in Australia and has previously practiced as a Labor attorney. Dr. Crosio holds an MBA from University of Technology, Australia and Bachelors Degrees in Economics (Hons.) and Law from University of Sydney.
