    Bill forgets he willingly participated in the UCM experiment to upscale production in China. The manufacturing of UCM products is dependent on global demand for its devices. I doubt the CCP know what UCM is, or even care. Targeting the CCP as the cause of UCMs problems is tenuous and very purile.
