Ah the famous ceo and board transformational deal. Share was 10c when major company making deal was announce now over 2 year ago.ceo stated company would be supply domestic approve and manufacturing devices within 6 months. 2 years later still nothing. The bid centre China website that they use has dry up to a trickle and shares now 2.7c and any positive announcements been years.
3 large shareholders should offer all shareholders the11c a share they encourage everyone to accept only 2 year ago to establish Foxconn facility and buy remaining small 35% of share left they not own and privatise in takeover.
