There is already one proposed, isnt there? In the form of leaving the proposed extra Medicare Levy in place permanently? Hope you dont mean another one on top of that? Nickle, we really could cope, I think, just out of condolidated revenue....the only obstacle is Julia's stubborn insistance that she will return us to surplus as promised at election time. There is no real need for a levy as all would understand the why of not returning to surplus. She never had a chance anyway.
