No need to go to Brussels. The management needs to give details of why it was unable to obtain the order, what the status is, expected timelines, legal assessment, status of any negotiations, more info on progress with other tenements.
It was very stupid to tweet Lovely Day on 30 Nov, when shareholders were very nervious and markets highly sensitive to any clues.
