I'm just starting out since three years ago with a small portfolio. I'm 46% defensive atm because I expect the US/Australian/Indian stock markets to go into bear territory in 2018, but NLI has a 5% position in my active shares. If this triples I'll sell 30% and put half of it in cobalt and half of it in defense. If I cashed out all the hypothetical profits it would equal a very strong PC.

I expect some here might upgrade their home or even retire?
