hi tim
I hold BNB and until recently was backing them to come back with their SP. while I share your sentiment the sky may not have fallen in, the management team needs an overhaul. Phil baby is either a genis or inadequate.
Surprise announcements to the market such as last week of a right down of profit only weeks after announcing that everything is on track, indicates that he was not aware of his true position on june 30, or his internal systems have failed, or he covered up the truth. In the end a bad manager just makes things worse and especially if it starts at the top, his shadow will be long.
BNB will recover only with a management shake up, and the 40% of shares held by staff makes this unlikely.
