One thing we as owners should have picked up by now, is that Babcock and Brown and in particular Phil Green are not good at announcements.

Tony, I think you have got it right. These guys manage an extraordinary array of great assets around the globe and Babcock is an institution that has been running for longer than most people think. I still think Phil Green is one heck of an operator.
