With the lows reached today now yields over 5%. Franking credits the cherry on top of course. With interest rates taking another tumble during the week and the portion I already have can leverage this to the eyeballs and still be in positive gearing territory.
Div yield is still safer than the banks for mine. Soft but yet still growing EPS. Much more defensive sector and not gambling on credit being given out like candy for EPS.
