Depends on your perspective. Prices can go up/down on a daily basis so if looking over a short period yes it may appear to be going down. Have a look at the far share price chart for a year. The price has doubled. Overall the last 6 months has been sideways with some dips up and some down.
Not much will happen unless a big buyer comes in which is most likely to occur on news but not necessarily so.
