- My initial thoughts are that it stinks.
- The company is a very poor promoter.
- The SP is at a low and now they go for CR
- I spoke to the company about 6 months ago and they indicated a CR would be required, not new news.
- The CR may still contain a 5 point fee to raise the hurt money.
- 3M? It's not a lot of money. Why not try and raise a little more and open to retail as well.
Personally i can probably pick some up via the SI route, however closing the door on retail is poor IMO.
Understand your reasoning Solaris and it's sound and valued.
