Confidence in this stock is at an all time low.
Whenever there is some kind of announcement, blame is put on any possible outside influence, never humbly admitting basic incompetent management.
Allways the statement, patience, year after year, contracts are comimg. But NEVER any disclosure of any sort of income from all these smaller contracts.
Patience has come to an end I think. Month after month of placements is a tired indictment of a sad story.
