Well, news today that they only put just over half the placment away is not surprising but surprising how many people partcipated at a raising above the current sp. Admittedly they probably committed before hand but it shows a certain resolve about what is to come.
Eddie also commented that further funding will come from the underwriting again at a premium to current sp.
The big bonus here for all is lower dilution and that you would think more so than ever the stock will go already longs who are now longer - so minimal stock will come out - I hope.
The negative is - will they have enough to do the whole program. The funding will get them to 10 mill in the bank so they will take that along way. Increased revenues on the way so really it should be okay.
