For me this deal should back off and be rethought, and I would go this way.
Call it off and wait. Management pared back, so they run on the smell of an oily rag. This is a resource in the ground, that as of now does not have it's place in the sun. Let's wait and see if it get's that place. That's what we bought into this company for.... isn't it?
