I think your suggestion of SIR and POS coming to an agreement on toll treating SIR ore is a real option. I believe it is more likely that this agreement would be through Lake Johnston. This would certainly mean that there is more than enough ore to fill the 1.5 million tpa concentrator.
It would fit the criteria for DS being extremely excited about Lake Johnston and explain why they have decided to start it ahead of Black Swan.
Must admit I have never been convinced that anything was going to happen between WSA and POS and a short term agreement between POS and SIR would see both generate needed short term cash flows.
