contracts can be conditional...MOUs are only a statement of intent and appropriate for first steps but not for this far down the rabbit hole.
China has a reputation for believing "...good deal is a good deal for everyone..." as long as they are Chinese. Spoken from deep personal experience of Chinese parties in business deals I have been involved in over a period of 30 years plus.
Were you at the 2018 Canyon AGM? The one where US$800M market cap within 12 mths was spoken of? I believe u were but if not, others here were.
They are using our money to advance studies (which at least they appear to be doing) but where is the progress after 2 to 3 years on Umbrella agreements with Government, offtakes, rail contracts, Kribi etc...and don't feed me the corporate line on it all takes time. That is not what they were saying earlier...VOTE NO to all Items.
