    ESG offers me 1 share for 4 of my OIP's,
    Santos offers me 1 share for 4 of my ESG's,
    BHP offers me 1 share for 2 of my STO's

    If I have 100K OIP ($6000) thats 25K ESG
    6250 STO
    3125 BHP at $47 or $146875

    Sounds a good deal to me
