I too am desperate for news.

However, I do know that CX Partners is a large entity so signing any deal is likely to be time consuming just to get all the signatures of the relevant persons! Conversely, TSN should sign within 15 mins!

Thus, I suspect that the deal is done but the legal requirements are taking time ... I definitely feel that it is very close though and I would hope that TSN have already drafted all the relevant ASX announcements so there are no delays as soon as we get the last signature on the page..... maybe tonight?!
