I just checked, becoming an nvidia partner does not seem to be anything impressive.
From what I can tell you can become a partner if you resell or use their services to provide your own

You might need to give more of a measured approach to some of your commentary - with that said, I appreciate your enthusiasm and the fact that you are providing some links etc. for further discussion.
