Shadow have held before and would like to buy again but no money means no mine , Timeone are second choice funders after the JTC hit the exits after the PFS blow out.

Timeone were late paying the last $2m and appear to be leaving it till the 11th hour to come up with the $17m.

Once the money goes in the bank then PLV is largely derisked and worth a punt again ( IMO )
