You are not wrong. From the outside looking in it appears they are saving every penny they can but in my opinion right now they should be throwing every dollar they can at it to get into production asap. The market/share price would love it and then slap a 5-10% cap raise in at $300-400 MC in the name of accelerating TBAR development.
