    Bartm - I agree, in this current market with so many opportunities available for investment, there would need to be a reasonable level of confidence that AOC can pull this off in a big way!

    I guess there will be a second raising over the next few months too, so they don't want the SP sold down on small volume before the second tranche is finalized.
