If there was to be a Canadian buyout my money would be on Kirkland Lake, but only after DEG have raised the cash required to fulfill their full buyout from the Chinese on Indee.
Almost 10 million dollars needs to be raised before July 2019 to complete the buyout of Indee along with the issue or 3m equivalent on stock . Therefore one can only hope this next announcement helps raise the SP to mid teens of better to further reduce the dilution required to finalise the deal.
Settlement terms entails 3 million shares at a 90% of a 20 day VWAP. So perhaps this news is the reason DEG were willing to pay 700k to extend settlement of Indee....
