Won't know if they have or haven't until after ASIC investigation. However if there is proven criminal behaviour to manipulate price for hostile TO or some other criminal manipulation, well, if the culprits are identified then perhaps we may have grounds for class action to get some of that loss paper value back.
I'm not a lawyer. And way too early but seeding the idea if it eventuates.
