Need per trade fees, minimum order sizes (you know, like normal investors) and the cracker would be minimum order duration to encourage only real orders. E.g. order must stay in place for an hour.

Although that would be dangerous for butter fingers when submitting an order if you accidentally press sell when you meant buy or put a 0 in the wrong place. Maybe that one could apply only to brokers and the like, god forbid they get some special regulatory attention.

I know, will never happen. 'They provide liquidity'. Thanks brokers. So kind of you, dunno how we'd survive without that kind of liquidity.
