I’d be surprised if they aren’t already lining up to make an aggressive offer and STX are lining up to rebuff and force the offer price up which is great for all. IMO something is going to happen soon as the big boys won’t want to lose out to one another so strike before Christmas which gives their competitors pain to react. Hopefully someone will make an offer for WGO as well.
