So many guesses and time to make em, if nothing else this stock is interesting. If I were to guess....

It is not buying anything.
It is nothing to do with Woodsie.
It is no longer involving a Bank.
It is selling a thing or benefit of substance, IE all up $50m + worth of thing or benefit.
It is not a non industry player.
It is with a related party, a current related such as Glencore or Blackrock (I discount Appian as non industry) or it can be with a brand spanking new related party.
It is positive for shareholders and the company.

All guesswork and speculation.

In addiion we will see the normal suspects out with why it is dire and the end is near, I think very much the the real beginning is near, was always doable and I for one would not have minded one bit if a part CR was done, however on the wording that is not going to happen. A stab tells me some of the future potential of PB has been sold to raise the cash, if it were so I would be ecstatic, but we will have to wait and see, although saying that, this alteration in possible direction is out now and if buyers were constrained they may not be now.

Interesting weeks ahead I would say, plus I do not take anything in that announcement would preclude another even as early as today with more meat.
