I find it really funny that the Speculator would suggest "a clue in the company’s last cashflow" as a reason for buying
Intriguingly, towards the end of the report the company said:
“Negotiations are at an advanced stage with overseas institutions
regarding the raising of a previously advised $30 million to expand gold
production to an initial 100,000oz a year.”
From memory, a significant number of reports CTO has released over the many years I've been following them has had similar comments.
Consistent with the company policy - promise/tease but never
deliver (yet?)
