"I understand a definitive agreement is imminent".
Imminent is the word! This company changing announcement was due to be released in Feb but the latest quarterly stated March.Kronos Worldwide is about to take up a chunk of this company any day now, which in my view will have the share price easily into double figures.10c,15c, 20c or beyond ,who knows!
Kronos is keen to keep (I believe) this technology away from there main opposition, being Du Pont.So I think their involvement will be trying to gain control of this particular piece of Austpac's technology.
This minnow of a company (APG) is soon to have it's day.It's been a long time coming and the word is spreading.It will be interesting to see tomorrow's close.I think it is still well undervalued at around the low 6c mark.
Kronos will release their 4th quarter results this Tuesday at about 2.00 am NSW time, so maybe a trading halt for APG on Monday afternoon and an announcement Tuesday morning!Who knows, sounds like a good theory anyway.
