That's how i read it. $89m for institutions and a separate spp for shareholders (at Dec 6) of up to $15000 at $5.40 or lower even, if average price from Jan10 - Jan21 minus 10% is lower.
Seems like a good deal to me.
The accompanying document released today has been a great read and given me the clearest idea yet about the various arms of Silex. I'm very excited at the prospects of this company and will be endeavouring to acquire as many shares as i can in the spp.
Very intrigued by the reference to Translucent dealing with USA Tier 1 producer. Who could it be?
