Did I read their latest announcement correctly?
Seems they pay US$1m for joint venture stake, and get US$9m back each year paid monthly. They are about to introduce a $50m deal entitling them to US$20m per annum........ and no movement in stock price....no one even mentions this.
Am I misreading/misunderstanding something?
I have a substantial holding at present.
Me thinks I will be taking some equity from the old housing loan for this baby.
