Yes,that's what it appears! It was clear in the SPP doc that scalebacks would be in proportion to the no of SPP shares applied for. No mention of any preferential treatment.That is why the vast majority of applicants,including me, received 69.5%. If I had got 1,111 shares,as stated by some, I would be on to C/share as it would be cosing me a few grand! When I saw that some got the full allocation i thought it could be explained by making up the shortfall due to some dishonoured cheques but nothing can explain the 1,111 allocations!
