You are possibly right about the spp. You are definitely right about the other thread and I regret allowing myself to engage in the fray. Time to focus on the stock and forget the personal mind games. The timing of this spp was strange but at least they have another 6mill so far in the coffers and bound to get more before the shortfall placement period expires. The fly in the ointment however is the options plan. Are the mums and dads likely to take up their entitlement. I could be way off the mark but I dont believe they will get a good take up creating another overhang of shortfall options. The timing and execution of this has got me baffled.
