I think a brief look back may hold the reasons for the shortfall.
Everyone is always quoting DYOR.
So, would you invest in a company that did their last SPP @ .28cents for Ph11b and Ph3 testing in 5/2011 and are now going to the mkt and asking for more funds to do ancillary testing using the same process on different cancer types with a SP @.08cents.
Does anything else need be said.
