What you post makes a lot of sense and hopefully comes about. My doubts are based on current general sentiment. You never know sentiment beyond HC maybe more positive. Its true that one can gain a fair number of shares for little outlay. Perhaps if something could come out of left field and I have no idea what it could be and turn the tide.
