Thank you and your post is very insightful. I think you are right SPP has to be about Rahu. I have only couple of stocks and have significant investment in NTL on the basis there is gold there and it is undervalued. I think the full value of the stock will come into play mid 2018 after bulk sampling results consistently showing cash flow.

Re SPP pricing, what I would like to know is how did they arrive at this issue price? Seems to me they have not done a full valuation - your thoughts on this?

I want NTL to stay focused and focus on taking gold out ASAP. I do not know much about Rahu (it is my problem!) and will read more on this.

In this game what is valuable is information - so I will wait until the last minute to apply, and hoping with time, there will be better information. I am aware that SPP dates can be changed (this is in the offer doc) meaning can happen earlier than 22 Sep??
