In this game what is valuable is information - so I will wait until the last minute to apply, and hoping with time, there will be better information. I am aware that SPP dates can be changed (this is in the offer doc) meaning can happen earlier than 22 Sep??

I think the SPP issue price is to encourage maximum participation from shareholders. Remember there is no shortfall placement and shareholders can only buy in multiples of $1000, up to a maximum of $15000.

Yes, offer dates can be changed. I have never seen the closing date brought forward but I have seen them extended many times.
