    Been digging again.

Chief operating officer of AH posted a chart from the New England Journal of Medicine in regards as to why copper was chosen for the mask and gaiter. Note though that there are no antiviral claims advertised for the product. It would be wrong to include those.

Chief technology officer of EOF replied to a comment regarding the facemasks.

Now I don't expect a smart mask, and most of us have seen the old HB promo video featuring smart clothing so the concept is nothing new. But his reply gives me hope that something is actively being worked on as we speak, rather than just being on the backburner whilst they conduct other, more immidiate business. We have composite materials and the eco6 ink for clothing. There could be conductive paint applications. The copper threads combined with the eco6 could give the material unique electrical properties. Who knows.

Anyhow, noticed that Ananda Health has a new employee. Started back in April. Has 20 years R&D experience here https://www.dermalogica.com/ . Involved in product development.

Ananda Health connections. Pretty confident in these.

Loose HB connections. Maybe meaningless. Maybe not. Some may be personal interests, of either HB employees, or individuals in the other companies, some may be potential future clients or partners, some may just be watching what the other company is doing. Too hard to tell at this point. And some are groups with rather big brand portfolios. Nothing concrete here though.

Now, I've deliberately left out Australian companies, for example, Blackmores (which popped up a few times), since those are most likely personal relationships between individuals, and it would be quite a stretch to include them. That may well be the case with some of the HB ones, but in the past jumping down the rabbithole in this manner has proved to be right, for example, I concluded that shoes and handbags were coming, as per this post https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/the-spyglass.5184155/?post_id=45501494 and that was confirmed shortly afterwards. Didn't bother cross-referencing everything this time around as there's no specific product range that I could narrow down. Rather these are most likely raw materials supply relationships, IF they are actually connected.
